¡¡In Osaka, October is the Pride month.
¡¡There are two major pride events, PLuS+ and Kansai Rainbow Parade.
¡¡PLuS+ is a pride exhibition which is based on HIV/AIDS prevention movements. This year, PluS+2009 was held on sunday 11th, in Ogimachi Park, Kita, Osaka.
¡¡MASH OSAKA and The PLuS+2009 executive committee sponsor this event.

¡¡MASH OSAKA(Men And Sexual Health OSAKA) is a NPO to promote the HIV/AIDS and STI prevention and the sexual health for MSM(Men who have sex with men).
And MASH OSAKA have a community space named "dista". It is located near Doyama(Ʋ»³), the most famous gay neighbor in Osaka.

¡¡Uniting of tradition and gay sense!
¡¡This program is to performance Eisaa with Para Para dance by Aranuhji(¿·Æú), the most famous Eisaa team in Japan. They participated in the parade that would be described later.
¡¡Eisaa(¥¨¥¤¥µ¡¼) is the traditional Okinawan dance. And Para Para is a popular Japanese synchronised group dance in the club scene. Eisaa never does the collaboration with Para Para excluding the gay scene.

¡¡Last saturday 24th, over 800 LGBT people marched happily, peacefully and powerfully in Midosuji street. This march is Kansai Rainbow Parade(´ØÀ¾¥ì¥¤¥ó¥Ü¡¼¥Ñ¥ì¡¼¥É).
¡¡Midosuji(¸æÆ²¶Ú) is a Main Street connected with major downtowns in Osaka, Umeda, Shinsaibashi and Namba. This street is the most beautiful and popular avenue, likeCamps-Elysées in Paris.

¡¡We started in front of the Goddess Statue, Nakanoshima Park, on the south of Osaka City Hall.
